Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A1: We are factory. We can offer full colour printing up to 10 colors using the latest rotogravure printing methods, glossy and matte combined printing is available.
Q2: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A2: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q3: How to process?
A3: After providing your artwork, we will then break it down into separate colors identifying clearly where pantone colors and CMYK colors will be used and also bring to your attention any recommended changes and identify any potential problems.
At the mean time, we making the cylinder for customers, after the plates are ready, we can start printing.
Q4: May I have my own logo printing?
A4: Yes, we can OEM company, customized designs are always welcome.
Q5: How long it takes for production?
A5: Customized orders takes 15-20 days, orders which need to add accessories like spout, valve and etc. takes 10 days more.
Q6: How do you print my design?
A6: As long as you provide your design in software (Preferred Accepted:Adobe Illustrator-AI or PDF formals.

Q7: What's your Aluminium Order Qty (MOQ) do we need to order for a custom run?
A7: It depends on your bags size,printed or plain and material structure.
If size small and printed, the quantity needed are slightly higher due to machine set up times. If bigger size and plain, the quantity is less.
Q8: What are the payment options ?
A8: Preferred 30% bag amount plus full mold cost at deposit and rest as balance before shipment.If your order is large enough, payment terms can be negotiable.
